Probate and Trust Administration

Let me tell you how I can advise you in your time of need.

Probate With or Without a Will

In Florida, heirs must “administer” an estate (Probate) when someone passes away, with or without a Will or a Trust.

A Will or Trust is essentially a set of instructions that follow the wishes of the decedent. It appoints someone (usually a loved one) to be in charge and follow through on those instructions. That someone is called either a Personal Representative, Executor or Trustee. They usually must follow those directions under the scrutiny of a Judge.

I will help you follow those directions and see that you adhere to the Probate Laws and Rules. I will Petition the court to grant you the proper authority and guide you in the complex process of estate administration.

I will provide help and assistance to you and your family during their period of grieving and loss and guide you through this difficult time.
